2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Sonoma County,Tombs Creek Vineyard
Tombs Creek Vineyard is located six miles down a dirt road west of Lake Sonoma and sits on the side of a mountain above 1,000 feet in elevation. Vineyard owners Peter Beall and Solange Van Der Moer are passionate about the very intense fruit they supply to us.
The 2005 vintage is a beautiful dark purple color and has intense berry fruit and clove flavors coupled on the palate coupled with a soft tannic structure. The wine finishes with nuances of chocolate and sweet toasty oak.
